** Super early bird receives a complimentary event t shirt - prior to 30 November 2018 (to be collected at registration).
** 1st December 2018 - 20th February 2019, prices remain the same but no complimentary t shirt (limited t shirts will be available to purchase online for $25 each).
** A late entry fee will apply from midnight 20th February 2019. After this date, an additional $20 for solo and One Peak Explorer entries and $40 for Relay Teams will be incurred.
** Any changes to your entry may incur a $15 administration fee.
There will be no 6 person team category or Te Mata Traverse for MCL Construction TRIPLE PEAKS 2019. Also, the Schools Team Category which has been promoted in recent years will be blended in to the above listed categories. The Schools Team trophy will still be awarded.
Individuals entered in to the walking category are not permitted to run on the course, at any stage. Disqualification will be at the discretion of the Event Director.
Corporate Teams entered can be any blend of male / female competitors, e.g. 2 males/1 female, or 3 females, etc. All will be entered under the same category, but you will be able to determine your gender placing in the final results online after the event.
For participants under the age of 15, please refer to point 16 under Race Regulations. You are required to fill in a form prior to registering for the event and must receive written approval from Race Directors before competing. Form can be downloaded above.
Electric bikes are permitted on the course, (strictly under 300 watts) and do have their own category. Please ensure you are comfortable with crossing the river and riding rough terrain if you wish to embark on this challenge with an e-bike. Please note that e-bikes are NOT permitted to complete the Duathlon.
Entries in the Team Duathlon may have either 2 or 3 people. The runner(s) will do Mt Erin and Te Mata Peak, and the mt biker will ride Mt Kahuranaki. You must make your own way to transition.
